- Make empowerment promise
不要以joke开场，然是应该以一个promise开始，告诉观众在结束时，观众能收获什么。
- Cycling
可以不断重复要说的内容，因为一部分观众很可能走神，最好的办法是重要的事情说三遍！！！
- Verbal Punctuation
重复一遍layout，让走神的观众回来
- Ask a question
问问题，等待7秒钟
Presentation Tools
- Board
- 可以画图，graphic
- 速度很慢，大概是听众可以听懂的速度
- 手可以拿着粉笔，或者指着黑板。这样的话，手不会放进口袋或者背在身后，这些行为在一些文化中很不礼貌。
